Privacy Policy

When you fill out a quote form, ask for a callback, or email hello@gutterskingdom.com, we collect:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code.
• Project details: the service you want, budget range, timeline, best time to call, urgency, property type, and anything you write in the message box.
• Technical details: the page you sent the form from, a timestamp, and a hidden anti-spam field. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.

We don't collect Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or biometric data through this website.

We use what you send us only to:

• Reply to your request and call you back if you asked us to.
• Match you with a licensed local installer who covers your area and does the work you need.
• Follow up after the job to check it was done right.
• Keep basic records of requests and matches, and stop spam.

Matching you with an installer is the whole service, so sharing your request with them is the main thing we do with it. We share information only with:

• The installer we match you with, who gets your contact and project details so they can contact you, visit, and quote the job.
• Service providers that run the site for us, such as website hosting and the tools that receive form submissions and email. They can use it only to provide that service.
• Government authorities when the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't rent or pass your details to marketing companies or lead resellers, and we don't send the same request to a long list of contractors. If you want quotes from more than one installer, tell us and we'll set that up.

This site doesn't use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. It doesn't set cookies to track you. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy before we switch it on.

Requests that don't lead to a job are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Requests that lead to a job are kept for as long as we need them for follow-up, record keeping, and any legal obligation, and then deleted.

Once an installer has your details, they hold their own copy under their own privacy practices. Ask them directly if you want their copy deleted.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct information that's wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Stop contacting you about anything other than a job already in progress.

Email hello@gutterskingdom.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We reply within 30 days. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also contact the Florida Attorney General's office.

This website is meant for adult homeowners and property managers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we find out we have, we delete it.

Every page and form on this site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted requests is limited to the people who handle them. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.
